Mariendorfer Damm

 

 

This building, dating from 1887, was in severe neglect and was converted into a youth centre. The front yard was opened to the public and is composed of a café terrace, a playground, lawn and self-binding gravel for playing boule. Today the backyard is used by teenagers for sport activities and general recreation. Historical elements such as iron fences and gates, columns, brick walls and pergolas were reconditioned.
