The main assignment on this project was to provide an affordable concept for the reuse of the power station. By incorporating the main buildings and its secondary structures the overall atmosphere of this place creates an incentive and recreation centre. Existing constructions were given new functionality, for example:

Oil tanks − diving basin

Coal conveyor − tree top walk,

Dockside crane − bungee jumping

Smokestack spire − climbing and abseiling

Among other functionality, the design comprises activity and recreation areas, a marina and a beach, a river course for rafting, and a camping site.
