The primary intention of this masterplan was to geographically unify the divided town with a new town centre. A new marina, residential area, and blocks of buildings including hotels and offices arise from the natural upper riverside area. Close to the new rink the open spaces are used as festival grounds and sports field.A municipal park with a market square had been planned for gathering on the south riverside.
